Before I got my real estate license, I made one of the best real estate decisions of my life — buying a 50-year-old home, studying the market carefully for years, and selling at exactly the right moment. Not luck. Timing and research.

Since then I've bought new construction and learned what builders don't tell buyers. I now live in Lower Gwynedd  in a home with a pool, which teaches you very quickly what a pool actually costs to own and what it's really worth to a buyer.

I approach this market analytically, as a neighbor, and as someone who has personally lived the financial decisions most clients are facing for the first time. I also work with Korean-speaking families in their language.
